Happiness Guarantee
We believe in quality customer service. If for any reason you wish to discontinue your service with us, you can cancel your agreement at any time with no penalties.
Results Guarantee
With our results guarantee you don’t pay us until we show results! If we are leasing your property for you, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until you get a qualified tenant. That means we aggressively market and show your property, screen the tenants, handle all of the paperwork and perform a move in inspection...all before we get paid anything.
Leasing Guarantee
Our leasing guarantee states that if a tenant does not fulfill the lease term, we will find you a new tenant for free, and we will prorate the amount you paid for a lease fee. For example, if you the owner invested in a lease, but only received 75% of the lease duration, your lease fee is therefore only 75%, and the next lease fee is free, and you will never pay two leasing fees within 12 months.
30 Day Rental Guarantee
If we are unable to lease your home in 30 days or less we will give you ONE month of management free!
Pet Guarantee
For any pet that we approve, we guarantee our owners up to $1,000 in damage protection for any pet damage above and beyond what the security deposit covers. Approving pets greatly increases the pool of prospective new tenants and helps the owner to avoid a vacancy.
Cancelation Guarantee
If for any reason & at anytime you choose to terminate your management services, please provide us written cancelation letter with our last day identified. We require that you give us 10 days advance notice so that we can notify the tenants of the cancelation. Obviously, you will have to settle up payment on any pending vendor invoices too.
90 Day Guarantee
If for any reason and within the first 90 days of our managing your property you want to cancel, we will refund 100% of the management fees for these first 90 days we collected from you. We want you beyond completely satisfied with our services.
Easy Switch Guarantee
All you need to do is let us know where your property is being currently managed, we will contact the current management and take care of 100% of the switch. We are a full service professional property management company.
